How This Site Is Organized
Top-level folders are audience groups. Each gets its own RBAC permission set:
/public/— accessible to anyone/user-guide/— regular logged-in users/staff-guide/— staff role/technical/— technical team
Within each audience folder, content is grouped by platform (student-portal, cloudlabs, and soon members-portal, etc.). Each platform owns its own docs and pushes them automatically from its source repo via CI — no manual uploads to this Wiki.

Contributing
Every page on this site is auto-synced from a docs/ folder in the platform's source repo. To fix a typo or add a procedure:
- Open the source repo for the platform (e.g.
student-portal) - Edit the file under
docs/<audience>/... - Open an MR — the next sync will reflect your changes here
If you need a new section or are bringing a new platform online, the handover doc lives in the source repo at .claude/handover-kosmos-sync.md (student-portal).
